Hello, I'm Vivian Meraki.
I help women with children move beyond survival mode and create the kind of lasting change that years of insight haven't been able to bring about.
For years, I believed that if I just worked harder, achieved more, or became everything everyone needed me to be, I'd finally feel whole. Instead, I slowly lost myself.
Today, I help women reconnect with themselves by working with the nervous system, not against it, so they can stop surviving and start living lives that feel like their own.
My Story
I'll never forget lying awake one night, staring at the ceiling, asking myself a question I'd spent years avoiding.
"What if this is my life for the next 10, 20, or 30 years? Am I okay with that?"
The answer was no.
From the outside, I had everything I'd worked for: the career, the marriage, the home, the family. I had checked every box and become the woman everyone could count on.
But somewhere along the way, I'd disappeared.
That question led me to rebuild my life from the ground up, where I discovered why insight alone had only taken me so far. Learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it transformed the way I live, love, parent, and lead.
Today, I help women create that same shift (and you don't need to blow up your life like I did), so you can stop surviving and start living a life that feels like your own.
What I Believe
Everything I teach is something I've had to learn myself first.
For years, I believed that if I just worked harder, achieved more, or became more, I'd finally feel whole. Like so many women, I spent years trying to earn love, belonging, opportunities, and success.
I don't believe you need fixing. I believe you've spent years adapting to survive. Insight is powerful, but understanding your patterns isn't the same as changing them. Real change begins when you learn to work with your nervous system instead of against it.
The greatest lesson I've learned is this.
Everything changes the moment you stop trying to earn what has always been yours.
You have always been worthy.
From there, the question is no longer whether you're worthy of the life you want. It's whether your life, your work, and your relationships are worthy of you.
Experience & Recognition
Long before I became a speaker and coach, I was fascinated by one question:
What helps people create lasting change?
That question has shaped my entire career.
With a background in Biological Sciences and a Master's in Intercultural and International Communication, I've spent more than two decades working at the intersection of health, communication, leadership, and human behaviour.
My career has taken me from healthcare and health education to the United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, and health-tech organizations, where I helped launch initiatives supporting mental health, ADHD care, HIV prevention, diabetes prevention, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and gender-affirming healthcare.
Today, I bring together science, communication, and lived experience to help people create the kind of lasting change that knowledge alone can't achieve. This shows up in every keynote, workshop, and coaching experience I deliver.
