PARENTING
WORKSHOPS

Parenting is hard and can feel like guesswork, but it doesn't have to be.

Supporting the modern parent

In 2024, parental mental health was called the health crisis of the year. And it's no wonder... with rising anxiety levels, shrinking support systems, and parents feeling the weight of needing to hold it all together.

These workshops cut through the noise of parenting advice to focus on what actually matters: your connection with your child, without asking you to suppress or sacrifice yourself in the process. Backed by science, grounded in lived experience, and designed for parents navigating real life (not theory), you’ll leave with tools that work and a clearer path forward.

JOIN A WORKSHOP

If you've sat across your child at the dinner table wondering how you can help them open up to you, or felt the flash of guilt after you lose your temper or snap, you're not alone.

Learn how your nervous system is one of your most powerful parenting tools and what to do to work with it, rather than against it. Whether you’re parenting through stress, separation, or everyday overwhelm, you’ll leave with tools that are proven to work in real life.

All workshops are live and online, held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. EST. Space is limited as these are intended to be intimate, small-group, high-impact sessions where you’ll get to learn, ask questions, and practice new tools in real time.

The schedule of the exact dates and times are below.
